1. Order Processing and Shipping

Once an order is placed, we strive to process and dispatch it within 5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service selected during checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the selected shipping method. The applicable fees will be displayed at the checkout before the completion of your purchase.

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date of order or upon receipt of the product through the shipping courier at your doorstep.
  • If the return is due to an incorrect product being delivered, the return is free of charge for the customer.
  • For returns related to the correct/ordered/desired item, the customer is responsible for covering the return fees to the courier company.
